unbelievable deals

I've been in this business a good many years.
There had been occassions in the past when we've
seen a dealer (usually a Home cencter) offer a sale
on the purchase of a new kitchen.

But never before, have we seen so many manufacturers
offer deals like this summer.

http://www.woodmode.com/
, a very up-scale line, is offering
No-charge or reduced premiums on door styles, finishes, and species .

http://www.candlelightcab.com/ is offering extra discounts and free kitchen-Aid dishwashers.

http://www.applevalleywoodworks.com/, is offering free all wood construction and no premium for certain finishes.

www.kahleskitchens.com/ , is giving out extra discounts.

And to top them off, http://www.kraftmaid.com/ , is giving out a phenomenal discount.

example:

cherry, all wood construction, burnished glaze finish.
48, 000 list which regulary is discounted
substantially . 60%
sell regulary for 19,200 .

with the sale, you get burnished glaze for free, saves 4300
and an additional 10% off.

net price is 13,410.

That's unprecedented savings.

So send me your layout. kitchengraphicsanddesigns@gmail.com
And if you're doing Kraftmaid, I'll analize the design, give you some suggestions,
and do a price comparison for you too.

Hope to hear from you soon.

summer recess

I find it funny, how in the midst of the summer,
so many people put their remodeling projects
on the back burner. When asked Why?
They have all sorts of excusses.
Oh, the kids are home from school,
vacation time, too hot, blah, blah, blah.

So when is the best time to do a project?
Considering how much time is required to:
first plan it out;
determine budgets;
preparing finances;
have plans drawn up;
get approvals from the building dept.;
shop for and select materials;
adjust budget and financing options;
compare contruction estimates;
adjust budget and financing options again;
hire craftsmen;
apply for permits;
etc., etc., etc.,

If you wait till after the summer to get started,
the winter Holidays will be your next excuss.
After that, the dead of winter will depress you,
and you won't want to drive in the snow.
Then Spring comes, and you'll be obsessed with gardening,
and the kids will busy with soccer.

All said and done, there's no great time to do a project!

Timing isn't going to get any better.
One thing that I can guarantee,
the longer you wait, the more expensive it will get.

"prices will go up"!!!

So Why Wait?

Get yourself in gear, and start those plans,
and follow through with them.

Your new Kitchen is waiting for you.

Email me your Kitchen Plans.
I'll review them, and make suggestions.
